COVID-19 is a Chinese Bioweapon

That's been the policy of every administration in my lifetime. Spend now, worry about it later. The U.S. had a balanced budget just once I can remember. Outside of that, it's spend like money is going out of style. It's both Republican and Democrat administrations that have run up the debt to a point of no return.

Right. The last time we did not have a deficit etc was during Bill Clinton's administration.

Just got back from my friendly Indian casino where we had a great time. I had my 7th Calvary hat and if people asked my name said it was George from Buffalo.

You should have said you were Razzman from Buffalo. LOL

That balanced budget was certainly short-lived. With every administration since, it was go for all the gusto and don't worry about the future of our kids.

It is a joke. All they do is print money and hope there is no inflation.

I read a couple books by Ron Paul (Rand's father) a few years ago and he was talking about how the Feds print money and have no concern about how it is damaging this country.

No question that Ron Paul is right on. Rand is spot on with a lot of issues.

I actually prefer the dad, Ron over Rand. Some of Rand's policies and his actions are not along my way of thinking. I did see Ron Paul speak in person when he was campaigning for President and was able to talk to him shortly.

Ron does seem to have his head on a bit straighter. Though I would take Rand over a lot of the Republicans.

The two books I read by Ron Paul were excellent. Too bad he is so old, and that probably was one of the problems he had when he was running for President.

Ron Paul also speaks with a lot of common sense, which is not good in the currently total political world we live in.

Yea, his common sense and his age were factors in him not getting enough support. You're right. There is not too much common sense going on in the Swamp.

I was watching the Texas Ranger game which was at full capacity. Hardly anyone had masks on... LOL

It will be interesting to see if Texas will have an explosion of Covid cases. I hear that Michigan is having it's worse Covid infections since the pandemic started. Even here in NYS, the cases are increasing. They say that it's not the older people who have had the shots, but kids and those 12-30. Those are the age groups that haven't had the vaccines yet.

When they had all the BLM  mobs with no masks people did not seem concerned about covid outbreaks. Since younger folks are immortal to this and most older are vaxxed, how can there be an outbreak?

I did read the CDC (assuming you believe them) clearly stated that if you are vaxxed, you cannot transmit the Covid. That sounds like good news.

It looks like the theory that younger people are practically immune to COVID is going by the wayside now. It the Covid variants that are more infections and that's causing a new tidal wave of virus. They are now reporting: "younger people are fueling the latest spike in COVID-19 cases across the country, citing school reopenings and after-school sports."

https://news.yahoo.com/younger-people-seem-contracting-more-053856262.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAH37bUGNvQtuu0ojjsKV4EfCVEomnIH6lgGDLstOsC9JwVxz221B-r

Younger people seem to be contracting more transmissible variants, causing another COVID-19 surge in Michigan

As the country ramps up its vaccination efforts against COVID-19, Michigan is battling another surge in cases as a result of more transmissible variants, especially among younger people.

Dr. Justin Skrzynski, a coronavirus hospitalist at Beaumont Health's Royal Oak facility, told CNN regular testing still only shows if someone is positive or negative for coronavirus. However, many of the samples that are sent to the state to be tested for mutations have come back showing 40% of patients are infected with the B.1.1.7 variant, which was discovered in the United Kingdom last November.

The variant is more transmissible and studies have suggested it's also deadlier.

Late last month, Rochelle Walensky, the new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, warned that a fourth surge was on its way as cases, deaths, and hospitalizations began to trickle upwards. "Right now I'm scared," Walensky said during a White House press briefing last month.

On Monday, Walensky said younger people are fueling the latest spike in COVID-19 cases across the country, citing school reopenings and after-school sports.

"We are learning that many outbreaks in young people are related to youth sports and extracurricular activities. According to CDC guidance, these activities should be limited," Walensky said.

If these people have their say, we will be wearing masks until the Sun dies out. LOL

Actually, for some people, wearing a mask makes them less appalling to look at. LOL It covers up a lot of blemishes and pure ugliness. ROFL

The rich zombies would have perfect teeth. Caps and crowns, etc. I would have some caps of gold. LOL

Edited to say, I thought you were replying to my post about people looking more like zombies when they get older. Oh well, maybe a full face mask would be appropriate for most people as they get over 80 years old.

Around here, black masks seem to be the most popular. How about there?

I also say the Sabres won again. Yay!!!!
